what does it mean for this to be an intro product release?

products we offer will expand overtime ✨ we've never done this before and so we're talking it slow. this is new, so we've embraced getting our feet wet. we're testing how this goes to better understand what it takes, our capacity, and how to shape our future product rollouts.

why don't i see anything that looks like your weavings?

fine art works are exclusive to my fine art practice, which you can learn more about here. vibrant grace studio is an extension of that fine art practice.

small scale, functional woven products for your home will be available here. the first woven collection will come later in 2025 ✨

why are most products listed as "made to order"?

all physical products are either made in small batches or carefully handcrafted for each order, which means the product is made specifically for you after you place your order. vibrant grace studio believes in this approach to prioritize financial sustainability, reduce waste, and build a balance of self-care into the process.

vibrant grace studio is a one woman, artist-run business, who shows up in the world in many ways. "we" is used throughout our language because there is an intention and vision to grow as a business that is an extension of the artist. we ask that all customers shop with the awareness of our values.

orders & shipping

can i pick up my order?

yes! save money and help us reduce waste. we encourage customers local to baltimore to pick up orders at our studio. choose local pick up at check out and you'll be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.

how do i purchase products at wholesale for my store?

all inquires for wholesale partnerships can be sent to hi@vibrantgracestudio.com. please include important details such as why you are interested, where your store is located, what products you're interested in, and a link to your website. we look forward to partnerships that align with our values.

how can i purchase yardage of your fabric?

we do not sell yardage of our fabric designs. for product collaborations and licensing, please visit https://www.vibrantgracestudio.com/patterndesign

how long will it take to receive my order?

all orders are made within 1-2 weeks. some orders may ship immediately depending on availability. any important dates to get orders in by for special holidays will be announced on our instagram or at the top of our shop site. you can view the current status under "Order Status."

we recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid any disappointment or opting for express shipping. 

do you ship internationally?

no, not at this time.

can i change my shipping address after i've placed my order?

unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee successfully altering shipping addresses for orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when you make your purchase to prevent any delivery issues. If you notice a discrepancy in shipping information please contact hi@vibrantgracestudio.com immediately.

i didn't receive my digital download that i purchased. how can i receive it?

if you purchased a digital download, but did not receive it, please email hi@vibrantgracestudio.com with your order confirmation.

how can I track my order?

you'll receive automated tracking updates via email

1. log into your account at vibrantgracestudio.shop
2. click "View Orders" under your account menu
3. find your order and click "Track Package"

repairs, returns, & exchanges

can i make a repair request?

for fabric-based products, if there are any issues with needing a repair on a product within 60 days, please complete this form so we can assess the issue.

what is your return & exchange policy?

return and exchange requests must be received within seven days of receiving your order in the mail or within seven days of purchasing in person. please complete this form to make a request.

to qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be received back in our studio within two weeks of your original receipt of the package in new, unused condition, in all original packaging.

items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

final sale

all digital downloads are final sale. if you're having problems with a digital download, please email us at hi@vibrantgracestudio.com and we'll be happy to assist.

unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

my order was lost or damaged in transit?

please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

vibrant grace studio is not responsible for loss or damages to items in transit. we'll attempt to help, however, please contact the carrier directly for any issues regarding your shipment.
